Returns/Refund policy

At Dazzing Apparell your satisfaction is always our number 1 concern and we will do our best to help out if you have any problem with your order.

Sanitary regulations (and common sense) do not allow us to accept returns on any piece of clothing that is wear directly on the skin. BUT we will do our best to help you out.

Exchanges of damaged goods:
We try to deal only with the most trustworty manufacturers but it is always possible that a defective piece could slip pass the quality control process. It is also possible that your order was damaged in shipping.

In those two case we ask you to take a picture of the damaged good (if possible including the shipping wrapping) and sent it to us by email at shop@dazzlingapparel.com.

We will quickly reorder the product and get it send to you ASAP.
We will contact you, within 24 hrs, to confirm what to do with the original (damaged) good. Please keep the product until we contact you.
Please do not send your purchase back before we contact you with instructions.

Our policy lasts 60 days.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

NOTE: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will do our best to get it to you as fast as possible.
